Research Interests

Developing new mathematical-statistical methods for human gene mapping (linkage mapping, disequilibrium analysis). Implementing these methods in computer programs.
To study interactions of multiple disease loci underlying complex traits, pattern recognition methods
Statistical analysis of genome-wide case-control association data and of microarray data
Collaborating with other researchers on the analysis of their genetic data
