Research Interests

  • Developing new mathematical-statistical methods for human gene mapping (linkage mapping, disequilibrium analysis). Implementing these methods in computer programs.
  • To study interactions of multiple disease loci underlying complex traits, pattern recognition methods
  • Statistical analysis of genome-wide case-control association data and of microarray data
  • Collaborating with other researchers on the analysis of their genetic data
